Technical Support

Weyerhaeuser's technical support services and product testing are custom-tailored to meet your needs. These services include:

  • Corrugator and converting audits
  • Paper and combined board testing
  • Analysis of various board combinations for optimal packaging efficiency

Technical support for our nine containerboard mills is provided both by mill-site staff and corporate-level technical groups. Lab and testing facilities are located at each containerboard mill to facilitate development and support projects.

In addition, our Center for Customer Satisfaction in Aurora, Illinois, provides centralized and responsive services and resources for customers. The center includes:

  • Comprehensive paper- and box-testing laboratory
  • Experts in product development and project engineering
  • Theater for customer presentations and multimedia kiosks for training and education

Customer Support
