Our Superior red oak is sorted into three color tones. Includes all firsts, seconds, FAS1F and some select boards. This grade yields 83-1/3 percent clear face cuttings with minimum cutting sizes of 3" x 7' or 4" x 5'. Applications: cabinets, entry doors, casegoods and millwork.
We grade after drying and surfacing, and against all natural drying or surfacing defects (pin knot no defect).
