Access reliable online health information on thousands of health topics, plus tracking and decision-making tools. Personal Health Resources is administered for Weyerhaeuser by Health Dialog Services Corporation. You'll need to register the first time; spouses and domestic partners should register individually using the employee's Peoplesoft ID number. Your individual health information is kept private and confidential in accordance with state and federal privacy laws.
Gain insight into your current health status, reveal areas for attention, and learn how to identify goals and actions to help you maintain and improve your health. Go to Personal Health Resources, select Health Tools and scroll to the Personal Health Assessment. You'll need to register the first time; spouses and domestic partners should register individually using the employee's Peoplesoft ID number.

Employees and retirees enrolled in a Premera medical plan or the CIGNA PPO (the former Weyerhaeuser Health Care Plan) are eligible for personalized support from a health coach who can help you:
- Manage your health and make informed decisions with confidence.
- Receive tailored information about topics of concern to you.
- Speak with professional health coaches online or by telephone.
To reach a Health Coach at any time, visit Personal Health Resources or call 800-942-1861. A Health Coach may also contact you to invite you to participate and receive useful information on a variety of important health topics.

To reinforce healthy habits at work, participate in activities with Worksite Health & Wellness. Many Weyerhaeuser locations encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle and work environment with activities such as onsite health screenings, lunch-and-learn seminars, and physical activity campaigns.
