Cellulose Fibers, White Paper and Packaging Manufacturing Associate Program
Program description The Cellulose Fibers, Paper and Packaging Associates program is designed to quickly develop technically competent manufacturing leaders for our business. The program currently includes approximately 25 Associates per year. Associates may be placed at any of the 20 U.S. primary mills for their initial 18 to 24 months. After successfully completing the Associate program, you can expect to be placed at one of our 20 primary U.S. mills. Your flexibility in being open to relocate is critical to your career development in this program.
