Current Position
In Information Technology, we usually work with technical information and complex applications. I explain technical information in a way that other people can understand. I also work with users to ensure complex applications are easy to use. My projects include creating online help, editing technical documentation and conducting usability studies on applications.
What do you enjoy about coming to work each day at WY?
I enjoy coming to work each day because of the supportive culture at Weyerhaeuser. From the day I started as an intern, my team was quick to help and encourage me. They trusted me with large projects that challenged and allowed me to grow. As I continued in my career, I discovered this same supportive attitude throughout Weyerhaeuser at all levels.
What inspires you at work?
My inspiration comes from the satisfaction of creating a product that helps others do their job more efficiently.

At Weyerhaeuser, we continually look for bold, innovative ways to meet customers’ requirements. In my job, I consult customers to find the most effective, yet cost-efficient solution for their documentation needs. In some cases, I’m challenged to think outside-of-the-box to provide the best solution.
