We have myriad job-related education and training programs available for employees. You may also be eligible for partial reimbursement of the cost of tuition, books, and registration fees for courses that could further your career within the company. In some cases, a leave of absence to attend school or receive additional training may be granted as partially paid personal leave under the Weyerhaeuser education-assistance program.

All of our salaried employees develop and annually update an individual development plan. Through this process, you identify goals that support your career aspirations and the business needs of the company. You also define specific steps, including training and education, to reach those goals.
