The company's code of ethics, "Our Reputation: A Shared Responsibility," applies to all employees, officers of the company, and the board of directors. Failure to comply with this core policy could result in disciplinary action, up to termination of employment. The code of ethics explains the standards of conduct that employees are expected to follow.
