  2. $900,000 is the result of a settlement relating to violations concerning the Johnsonburg, Pa., pulp and paper mill that occurred under its previous owners. This facility was sold as part of the Domtar transaction in March 2007.
  3. As part of environmental enforcement settlements, regulatory agencies may allow companies to fund community programs aimed at improving environmental awareness or resources.
