How to Apply

Community Grants Program

• For philanthropic grants for projects and programs, please complete our online Donation Application form.
• For sponsorship of all community events, including activities of limited duration, please complete our online Sponsorship Application form.
• Applications may be submitted at any time and will be acknowledged by an online confirmation of receipt. Applicants will usually receive a response within one to two months.

Corporate Sponsorships

• For all requests, please complete our online Sponsorship Application form.
• Requests for corporate sponsorships are accepted throughout the year. However, please submit applications at least three months in advance of the event or activity and allow up to three months for a decision.
