In 2008, we held 117 companywide training classes and 150 online or virtual classes.
In 2008 our employees reached a milestone once thought impossible to achieve—a recordable incident rate of less than one. It took us a "determined decade" to reduce the number of workplace injuries and illnesses we experience per 100 employees every year from 4.48 to 0.98. And so far in 2009, we're proving this kind of safety performance is not only possible, but sustainable.
