We're seeking electrical, mechanical, process, chemical, and civil engineers to fulfill a suite of programs that will perfectly match your credentials. Relocation may be required. | Typical assignments | Interns work in the chips, pulping, recast, recovery, OCC and paper machine areas of the linerboard mills. Assignments include data collection and analysis, process modeling and simulation, process troubleshooting and control implementation. |

| Program Description |
The Cellulose Fibers, Paper and Packaging Associates program is designed to quickly develop technically competent manufacturing leaders for our business. The program currently includes approximately 25 Associates per year. Associates may be placed at any of the 20 U.S. primary mills for their initial 18 to 24 months. After successfully completing the Associate program, you can expect to be placed at one of our 20 primary U.S. mills. Your flexibility in being open to relocate is critical to your career development in this program. |
