Today, we announced an agreement with The AZEK Company (NYSE: AZEK) to expand our distribution of AZEK Building Products to dealers and customers in the Northeastern United States. Starting in early 2025, Weyerhaeuser Distribution will offer key AZEK products, including TimberTech® decking and railing and AZEK® Exteriors siding, trim and moulding, through our distribution centers in Easton, Pennsylvania, and Richmond, Virginia.
With the expansion, Weyerhaeuser will now carry AZEK products at 13 distribution centers across the U.S.

Products offered through the new locations will include TimberTech Advanced PVC and TimberTech Composite Decking, which combines a high-performance core with proprietary capped technology for stunning texture and unique color variegation; the full portfolio of TimberTech Railing; AZEK Trim, a more workable and durable replacement for traditional wood; and AZEK Trim with PaintPro® Technology for enhanced paintability, saving time and money on installation.
